I served as Service Manager for the Forrest Gump–themed Little Dinner Series hosted by the Dedman College of Hospitality at Florida State University. I led all front-of-house operations, created custom menus and signage, and handled full venue décor to bring the theme to life.
This role combined hospitality leadership with creative direction. From design to execution, I ensured every detail—from visual assets to table styling—supported a cohesive and memorable guest experience.
